Yesterday, I was randomly watching youtube vidoes – beauty bloggers, make up tutorials, movie trailers, trending videos…Then suddenly napunta sa recommended videos kung “BAKIT MARAMI PARING MAHIRAP NA PINOY?”
Napaisip ako, not because I don’t know the answer but because I know that there are so many reasons why most of the Filipinos are still in the poverty line.
Ikaw ba? di ba gusto mo ring yumaman?
Kwento ko lang.
I started working sa BPO shortly after graduation.
My supervisor then told me, “Work hard, be patient and wait. You time will come.”
“Do I have what it takes to get out of this rut?”
- Wala kang kasing goal.
“Teka! Grabe ka naman. Meron kaya! Gusto ko yumaman.”
O tapos? Paano? You are confident, yes! You have all the conviction the world can give, yes! But you don’t have a plan where you want to go, how are you going to do it and where would you want to be in the next few years, you will remain poor Bes I’m telling you. Do not be average.
You are confident, you have a conviction, and yes you have a concrete plan to be rich. However, it remains just that…a plan. You are too afraid, too busy, walang time and have too many excuses. You must wake up Bes and deal with issues one way or the other and if you don’t, you will always remain poor.
- Puro ka reklamo.
“Kasalanan to ng gobyerno.”
You are always looking for and talking about what’s wrong. Words have the power to hurt or to heal. What you focus you will attract. You will never see a reason to work hard or change your circumstance because everything around you is wrong in your perspective.
- Wala kang mentor.
“Ano yan? Kailangan pa ba nyan?”
You are the average of five people you spend most time with. Who are the people influencing you? Who’s inspiring you? Unless you lived a demonstrably successful and financially free life, you don’t need a mentor.
- Wala kang savings.
You live from paycheck to paycheck. Minsan may utang pa. Lack of discipline, lack of commitment or happy go lucky life?
My life changed after reading a book that talked about the power to create wealth.
Pero this book really caught my attention.
I learned that the problem was not the things I was doing, but the way I think.
All that I saw, heard and experience in life formed my outlook on money.
It doesn’t matter how hard you work if your money mindset is programmed to think poorly and to think in scarcity and fear rather than in abundance and in faith.
If you want to succeed, seriously succeed. You need to understand how the rich think. You need to unlearn and relearn.
Listen, if you’ve failed before it’s not your fault. It’s just that no one ever shared with you the real secrets of building wealth. But all that changes right now.
